Registration for Gulder Ultimate Search 2021 opens on September 8.
After six years of airing its last episode, Nigeria’s scavenger hunt and survival reality show Gulder Ultimate Search, GUS is coming back.
The sponsor of the sh0w Nigerian Breweries Plc, NB and producers of the beer Gulder announced the return with the theme “The Age of Craftsmanship”.
GUS last aired in 2014 with over 11 seasons created. For all seasons, winners of the show received cash prizes which rose from N3 million for the first to N10 million and a brand new SUV for the last.
Some of the episodes from the previous 11 seasons of GUS were rerun during the lockdowns in 2020.
Chidi Mokeme was the long-running host of GUS from its first episode but had a brief break when Bob-Manuel Udokwu handled it.
Gulder Ultimate Search is unscripted and created in Nigeria.

The theme of the Gulder Ultimate Search 2021 edition is “The Age of Craftsmanship”.
Nigerians between the ages of 21 and 35 can apply for the Gulder Ultimate Search 2021 on the registration platform www.gulderultimatesearch.ng.
Registration for Gulder Ultimate Search 2021 edition begins on September 1 and closes on September 8.
Screening sessions will take place in Abuja and Enugu and Lagos.
The TV premiere of ‘Gulder Ultimate Search: The Age of Craftsmanship’ is set to open on October 16.

The 2021 Ultimate Search will be pleasantly surprising according to Sade Morgan, the Corporate Affairs Director, Nigerian Breweries Plc. Fans will get “exactly what they enjoy about the show,” he noted.
The NB is bringing back the Ultimate Search for the viewing pleasure of Nigerians who have over the years continued to call for the return of the show.
Similar to the previous editions and episodes, contestants camp in locations around the to compete against each other and nature.
Organisers of the Gulder Ultimate Search will announce the prize for the 2021 edition before the opening date.
Chidi Mokeme is likely to return as the host of the Gulder Ultimate Search 2021 Edition.

Fill the registration, upload a photograph and answer a few questions.
Organisers will hold a regional screening session process for shortlisted applicants Abuja, Enugu and Lagos.
