One of Nigeria’s most popular politicians and founder of the Silverbird Group, Ben Murray-Bruce just lost his wife Evelyn Murray-Bruce to cancer.
The business magnate shared the sad news to his followers himself, though he did not give full details of the illness. He expressed pain at the loss of his wife whom he spent 41 years with.
Ben Murray-Bruce also took the time to deliver a few messages about cancer saying it is real and shouldn’t be a death sentence. “Awareness and early detection is key to survival”. He wants everyone to remember his family in prayers as they try to deal with the loss.
Until her death, Evelyn Murray-Bruce has often supported the Senator in his show business endeavours like in the establishment of the now inactive Silverbird Magazine in 1980.
