‘Small Chops’ – Nollywood Movie to Watch After ‘A Fall From Grace’

There are many ways that a casanova, playboy or a swindler could trick women. From getting them to marry him and making himself entitled to their life savings, to fooling around with their hearts. This is why the first thing that came to mind after watching ‘A Fall From Grace’ was the new Nollywood movie ‘Small Chops’.
What is the movie ‘Small Chops’ about?
Knowing that the movie title paints a portrait of people who get into relationships for benefits, for money or sex. It’s hard to separate Shannon (A Fall From Grace) from Casper (Small Chops) who are the lead characters in both movies. That doesn’t make them the same – the first is a thriller and the later is drama.
The name of the movie might be confusing to a few people, in the beginning. But then Nollywood actress Chika Ike had made a pictorial representation using food to illustrate what the movie title ‘Small Chops’ means.
The movie has screened in two film festival. It is also selected to screen in at least five more festivals including Los Angeles Independent Film Festival Awards.
‘Small Chops’ is a directorial work of Robert Peters. It tars Chika Ike and Max Cavaenham both in lead roles in the movie. Others include Nse Ikpe-Etim, Rachel Okonkwo, Afeez Oyetoro, Eucharia Anunobi, and Nkem Owoh.
‘Small Chops’ is scheduled to open in cinemas from Wednesday 29 January beginning with viva cinemas Ikeja.
