The 2019 Miss World Universe crown just went to Zozibini Tunzi of South Africa.
The event took place on December 8, 2019, at Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta, Georgia in the United States. Then Miss South Africa Zozibini Tunzi received the 2019 crown from Catriona Gray of the Philippines her predecessor.
The Preliminary and National Costume Competition held December 6 and part of its earnings went to MUO charity.
This year the crown is debut piece from jeweller Mouawad. Also, for the fifth time, Steve Harvey was the host of the event.

- The 2019 Miss South Africa who currently holds the Miss Universe title, Zozibini Tunzi is the second black woman to be in the position after Leila Lopes of Angola.
