The Bling Lagosian still seats at the top as the highest-grossing movie of 2019, but ‘Living in Bondage: Breaking Free’ may be on its way to dethroning it soon. Cean still records 25 million for ‘Living in Bondage: Breaking Free’.
However, a new piece of information from the LIB team says that the movie stepped up to 50 million in the weekend. At this rate and pace, it is beating a number of foreign movies, Hollywood and Bollywood. About a month ago, no Nollywood movies could keep up with likes of ‘Angel Has Fallen’, ‘The Lion King‘ and ‘Hobbs and Shaws’. This was a good time for the LIB team to release the movie.
