This is for those who are still asking how the top Nollywood actors made it there. You finally have your answer. In a message wishing her old-time friend Desmond Elliot a happy birthday, Uche Jombo has revealed something incredibly useful to upcoming actors.
The actress shared the message on Instagram a day ago to mark the birthday of her colleague, Desmond Elliot.
She sends her love to Desmond Elliot in a text which also reveals everything that is wrong with Nollywood. She seems not to care about what anyone thinks of her post, as she says “them no pay us after all the suffer”. This doesn’t exactly surprise us but we are grateful to know that a top actress such as Uche Jombo can make a revelation like this. She probably doesn’t know how useful a piece of information like this is for people who are still struggling in the Nigerian film industry. It is a message to everyone in the sector to know how bumpy the road to stardom can be.
