HBO is developing a reunion of “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” which will air on HBO Max according to a news release by the streamer who began filming a while ago.
Will Smith honoured the 30th anniversary of the series premiere with a treat of the Bank’s family members in a group photo along with Jazz actor, DJ Jazzy Jeff.
But there is one more with just Janet Hubert, the original Aunt Viv and Will Smith in heartfelt conversation. It is an unlikely event for us having followed the fight between the two the last years after Hubert’s departure from Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.
What to Expect from The Fresh of Bel-Air Reunion Coming on HBO MAX
The stars will all be on the screen together again as a family – Karyn Parsons, Alfonso Ribeiro, Joseph Marcell, Tatyana Ali, Daphne Maxwell Reid, and DJ Jazzy Jeff are performing in the reunion. However, not in all the usual arrangement.

According to HBO MAX news, Hubert is probably not going to be in the reunion at least not the way many people think. There’s going to be a conversation segment between her and Smith. The reunion isn’t happening without credit to James Avery, Philip Banks actor who had passed away in 2014.
Fresh Prince of Bel-Air is developed by Westbrook Media company which is owned by Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith. The reunion promises to be fulfilled while revisiting some of the cultural and social details of the show. There will also be special appearances. Marcus Raboy is directing the reunion of Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. HBO Max will launch The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air reunion special exclusively.
