The Nigerian Center for Disease Control (NCDC) is responding evenly to the coronavirus situation in Nigeria and is working to reduce panic. Consequently, the NCDC provided the public with an advisory video on safety and rumours concerning coronavirus and it was aired by Funke Akindele.

It is about two weeks since the first case of coronavirus was confirmed in Nigeria. So far, there’s been only one more and the health minister have cleared other suspected cases.
Lagos State Government also formed a quick response team with the NCDC a few weeks ago.
